Dr. Dudzic incorporates her behavioural knowledge in all her cases and this has helped her ability to treat both acute and chronic medical conditions in her patients. Dr. Dudzic particularly enjoys the relationship she shares with her patients and clients. Senior pet health is a passion for her, where she receives constant rewards from all her patients.

Wilbur and Fern

“There is nothing more rewarding than to see a failing dog or cat come in...I know that they can leave with tail wagging and a bounce in their step again for a little longer. I want to know my patients for the long haul, so I can enjoy them and their families. I feel privileged to be a part of all their lives.”

The Oak Bay Pet Clinic has been in the Victoria community since 1952. Dr. Dudzic is proud to be able to continue in that long tradition of excellence in animal care.

Other key interests include treating pocket pets, rodents, rabbits and birds. She started practicing at a small animal and equine practice around Saskatoon then moved on to a small animal practice in Maple Ridge where she practiced for 2 years. In order to gain more experience prior to settling down, she practiced as a locum veterinarian in various practices around the lower mainland as well as an emergency clinic.

She has great love and respect for the entire animal kingdom and it would give her great pleasure and honour to work with you and your precious pets.

Judy Bruner

Judy in the clinic

Judy has over 20 years experience in the field of animal health technology and in fact worked at a busy practice in Surrey, BC where she met Dr. Dudzic. At home, she raises Cairn Terriers. Judy's key interest at the Oak Bay Pet Clinic is to provide the highest standard of medicine and surgery for all patients. Her area of specialty is dental surgery: cleanings and extractions. She is an invaluable part of the clinic and looks forward to each new challenge that arises.

Judy is pictured here with "The Bug"...and if you look closely, you will see one of The Bug's newborn pups in Judy's hand. This was taken when the wee one was less than 24 hours old!
